01Information we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and company, when you get in touch or start a project.
• Project information you share with us, such as brand assets, website or ad account access, and business details needed to deliver our services.
• Billing information, such as billing name, address and GST details. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors; we do not see or store full payment credentials.
• Account and usage data in our apps, such as your email, purchase history and the content you submit for processing.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.

02How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and provide the services or app features you request.
• To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• To run, secure and improve our website, services and apps.
• To send service messages about your project, account or purchases. We only send marketing emails with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

03Payment processors

Payments are handled by trusted third-party processors, each under their own privacy policy and security standards:

• Razorpay and Cashfree, for agency services billed in India.
• PayPal, for purchases in our apps.

04AI tools and agents

We use AI tools and agents in our workflows, for example to draft code, copy, ad creative and reports. We use reputable providers, share only what a task needs, and do not put passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal data into these tools.

05Sharing your information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment and AI providers, under appropriate confidentiality terms; when required by law; or with your consent. Some providers may process data outside India, with safeguards in place.

06Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, financial records are kept for the period required under Indian tax law). We then delete or anonymise it.

07Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about how we handle it. To make a request, email us and we will respond within the timelines set by applicable law.

08Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our apps may use essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
